If your items are lost or damaged during transit, please reach out to us.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you received a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 72 hours for assistance. Please include photos of the damage or issues with your candle to help us with your claim for replacement. Candles that have been misused are not considered defective.
